THE PROMiSE Preschool and Kindergarten

We are blessed with a talented and dedicated Faculty Team, sweet and curious children, as well as, supportive and involved parents!   Our school year aligns with the Hamilton Southeastern School District calendar from mid August through May.  For the 2009-2010 School Year, we will have classes Monday-Thursday, 9:15-2:00 for ages 14 months through Pre-K & 9:15-3:00 for Full-Day Kindergarten.  Our Preschool/Kindergarten attendance is 134 days/school year.  Parents may choose from 3 options for attendance for the Preschool:  1. Monday and Wednesday, 2. Tuesday and Thursday, 3. all four days (Monday-Thursday), all depending on availability.  Kindergarten will meet Monday-Thursday.

Our program is a ministry of THE PROMiSE Church, A United Methodist Church.  We have a strong, daily Bible curriculum in the "Chapel" for all ages.   We also offer an active and effective thematic-based academic Preschool curriculum, enhanced with small group work and "special" classes of Music & Exercise and Science & Spanish for all ages.  The Kindergarten applies the nationally recognized Harcourt Curriculum for math, reading, and language arts.  THE PROMiSE Preschool has co-teachers in every classroom.  Our Preschool classes work daily in small groups for hands-on academic work in a natural and fun "centers" environment.  Our Kindergarten has a wonderfully effective 1:8 ratio for learning!  The faculty team members are so very qualified in the field of education, loving toward children and adults, as well as, dedicated to teaching the Way that leads to Life.

Notes & Reminders:

Remember that you need to have a calendar of our school year in your home (available under the "newsletters and forms" tab), because we do have a few additional days off from the HSE calendar.

All tuition is DUE on the 1st of each month.  It is considered late on the 5th of each month.  Please plan around days we are not in school as well as days that your child does not attend school.  Many of our parents set up direct billing with their bank to guarantee on time payment.
