Our mission is to develop young children with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and the courage to act on their beliefs. We stress the total development of each child: spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, emotional and physical
Our program is a ministry of THE PROMiSE Church, a United Methodist Church. We are blessed with a talented and dedicated Faculty Team, sweet and curious children, as well as, supportive and involved parents! Our school year aligns with the Hamilton Southeastern School District calendar from late August through May. We offer classes Monday-Thursday, 9:15-2:00 for ages 15 months through Pre-K & 9:15-3:00 for Full-Day Kindergarten. Our Preschool/Kindergarten attendance is 134 days/school year. Parents may choose from 3 options for attendance for the Preschool: 1. Monday and Wednesday, 2. Tuesday and Thursday, 3. all four days (Monday-Thursday), all depending on availability. Kindergarten will meet Monday-Thursday.
The Preschool has a strong, daily Bible curriculum and attends Chapel daily. We also offer an active and effective thematic-based academic Preschool curriculum, enhanced with small group work and "special" classes of Music & Exercise and Science & Spanish for all ages. THE PROMiSE Preschool has co-teachers in every classroom. Our Preschool classes work daily in small groups for hands-on academic work in a natural and fun "centers" environment.
The Kindergarten curriculum consists of Envision for math and Harcourt for reading and language arts. The Kindergarten also attends Music/Exercise daily as well as Spanish 2 days/week and Science 2 days/week. Kindergarten has a strong Bible curriculum and attends Chapel daily. Our Kindergarten class has one licensed full time teacher and one full time Instructional Assistant with the classroom size not to exceed 15 children. All Kindergarten students must be 5 before September 1 of the current school year.

Notes & Reminders:
Remember that you need to have a calendar of our school year in your home (available under the "newsletters and forms" tab), because we do have a few additional days off from the HSE calendar.
All tuition is DUE on the 1st of each month. It is considered late on the 5th of each month. Please plan around days we are not in school as well as days that your child does not attend school. Many of our parents set up direct billing with their bank to guarantee on time payment.
