The Rev. Russell (Rusty) Allanson, Lead Pastor, graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.  He also graduated cum laude with an M.Div. from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Also, Rev. Allanson is a Certified Church Planter through Duke Divinity School on the campus of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.  Prior to beginning THE PROMiSE, Rev. Allanson was Lead Pastor for North Salem United Methodist Church for six years. He was the first chosen of thirteen ministers who took specialized training to give birth to new churches.

The Rev. Jennifer Pollard, Associate Pastor, formerly served as Director of Children's Ministries and Pianist at the Fishers United Methodist Church.  A gifted musician, she then served at the Mount Auburn United Methodist Church in Greenwood (again as Director of Children's Ministries).  Before being appointed to THE PROMiSE Church, she served as the Minister of Music and Worship at Southport (American) Baptist Church.  A graduate of Butler University and The Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, she brings many talents and gifts to this position.
